We are the only company in Estonia to offer gas appliances for diesel trucks
The first machines with gas appliances installed by us have by now driven over 100,000 km, the realistic saving on fuel expenses has been 15–40% and the investments have been fully repaid within a year for half of the vehicle owners.

We install liquid gas as well as natural gas appliances on diesel vehicles and the saving on the fuel expenses depends on the appliance:
15–20% saving with liquid gas (LPG)
30–40% saving with natural gas, or compressed gas (CNG)

By today we have installed the gas appliances on Scanias, Mercedeses, Dafs, MANs and on vehicles with different body types, such as fifth-wheel tractors, vans and low trucks as well as buses.

Decrease the costs on vehicles
Installing the autogas appliance creates an opportunity to save on the fuel expenses of the machines.

  • The fuel expenses are 15-40% lower
  • Certified and recognised equipment
  • Environmentally friend exhaust gases

Certified and reliable equipment
Appliances that are installed on trucks are manufactured in Germany and certified accordingly as well as approved by the Motor Vehicle Registration Centre. The same appliances are used by more than 1,000 vehicles in Europe. With one refuelling the natural gas allows driving ca 500 km and liquid gas ca 5,000 km.

Installation
When installing the gas appliance, none of the mechanical parts of the engine have to be rebuilt (pistons, camshafts, crankshafts). The diesel engine uses gas simultaneously with diesel. When switching the gas appliance on, the gas is mixed with air and the mixture enters the engine. In the engine the diesel will combust simultaneously with the air and gas mixture. The torque of the diesel is selectively limited and replaced with additional injection of gas, as a result of which the original torque of the engine is achieved. When driving with partial load (e.g. on road), the capacity of the engine increases as a result of gas injection.
